Prediction payouts
How a payout from a simulated prediction funded account works, and a public log of every payout made. This page explains the rules and the terms; if they differ, they apply. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
Simulated accounts. No real money is traded. 18+. Not available in the US. Full risk disclosure.
1. How a payout works
A payout is a performance reward paid from OmbraProp's own money: complete a payout cycle, request it in your dashboard, and a person reviews it before it is paid.
Details
- Pass the evaluation. You move to a simulated funded account of the same size, with no activation fee.
- Identity check and agreement. Before the funded account opens you pass an identity check and sign the funded account agreement (section 5 below).
- Trade within the rules. The funded account has the same max loss, daily loss and market rules as the evaluation, and no profit target.
- Complete a payout cycle. Seven days with at least five qualifying days (section 3).
- Request in your dashboard. The dashboard shows whether you are eligible, how much you can request, and why not if you cannot. You choose the amount, up to the limit shown.
- A person reviews it. Every request is reviewed by a person before it is paid. Software never approves a payout on its own.
- It is paid. Your share (section 2) is sent by the method you chose (section 6). The gross amount is taken off the simulated balance and the next cycle starts.
2. Split and minimum
You receive 80% of each approved amount until payouts on the account reach $2,000, then 90%. The smallest payout is $100.
Details
- 80% rising to 90%. You receive 80% of each approved amount until the payouts on your funded account reach $2,000 in total. After that you receive 90%. A payout that crosses $2,000 is split at that point.
- Minimum $100. The smallest payout you can request is $100 (gross).
- Only profit is paid. Only the balance above your starting balance can be paid, and a payout never takes the account down to its max loss floor.
3. The payout cycle
Payouts run on a 7-day cycle with 5 qualifying days; a day qualifies with $100 or more of profit.
Details
Payouts run on a 7-day cycle with 5 qualifying days. You can request a payout once at least 7 days have passed since your last payout (or, for your first payout, since your first trading day on the funded account) and at least 5 of the trading days in that time were qualifying days. A day qualifies when the account made $100 or more of profit that day. Your first payout needs 5 such days too.
- Days with less than $100 of profit, or a loss, do not count. They do not reset the count either.
- You do not have to trade every day of the cycle. Five qualifying days inside a week is enough; the other days can be flat.
- The cycle restarts on the day a payout is paid. Your dashboard shows the days you have and the days still needed.
- No single market may supply more than 35% of the cycle's profit. If one does, keep trading until it is within the limit, then request.
- Until 25 October 2026 the rule was 10 qualifying days with no 7-day cycle (rulebook P1.0). An account bought under P1.0 keeps that rule unless we apply the new one to it, which we may do because it is only in your favour.
4. Limits
Each request and each month has a limit, set in advance and shown in your dashboard before you request.
Details
- Per request. Each request has a limit. The limits are set in advance and the one that applies to your next request is shown in your dashboard before you request, so you are never surprised at review. Profit above the limit stays on the account for a later request; it is not removed.
- Per month. Payouts are also subject to monthly limits, per person and firm-wide (see the risk disclosure), that are set in advance and shown in your dashboard before you request. If an approved amount is above a limit, it is not refused: the rest stays approved and is paid in the next cycle, in the order the requests were made, and we email everyone affected.
- One funded account. Each person may hold one simulated funded account at a time.
5. Identity check before the first payout
You pass an identity check once, when you pass the evaluation, and payouts go only to an account in that name.
Details
You pass the identity check once, when you pass the evaluation, so it is done well before your first request. It is run by an identity check provider and needs:
- a photo of your identity document (passport, national identity card or driving licence);
- a short liveness check (a selfie video) to match you to the document;
- proof of address where the document does not carry one;
- sanctions screening, which we may repeat before any payout.
Payouts go only to an account or wallet in the same name as your identity check. If you do not complete the check within 30 days of being asked, we cannot pay you. You also sign the funded account agreement before the funded account opens; a payout cannot be requested until the current version is signed.
6. Methods and fees
Payouts are sent as a stablecoin today; bank transfer and PayPal are being added. We pay our own sending fees.
Details
- Crypto (available now). Paid in US dollars as a stablecoin (USDT or USDC) to a wallet address you own. You give us the address and network by email from the address on your account, we repeat them back, and we send only after you confirm. A payout sent to the address you confirmed cannot be recovered.
- Bank transfer and PayPal. Being added. This page will say when each is switched on; until then every payout is paid in crypto.
- Fees. We pay our side: the network fee to send a crypto payout and our bank's fee to send a transfer. Anything your own wallet, exchange, bank or PayPal charges to receive or convert a payout is yours, as is any currency conversion. We take nothing off the amount approved except the profit split.
- Tax. Tax on payouts is your responsibility, where you live.
7. How long it takes
Our target: requests are reviewed within 2 business days and paid within 5 business days of approval.
Details
Our target: requests are reviewed within 2 business days and paid within 5 business days of approval. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. The payout log below shows the actual days from request to payment for every payout, so you can hold us to it.
A request can take longer when it is under review for one of the reasons in section 8, when we are waiting for you to confirm a wallet address, or when a monthly limit carries part of it to the next month. We tell you which, by email.
8. What can stop or hold a payout
A payout waits if you are not yet eligible, have open positions, or a review is open. You can appeal a refusal within 14 days.
Details
- Not yet eligible. Fewer than 5 qualifying days or fewer than 7 days in the cycle, an amount below $100, one market over 35% of the cycle's profit, or the balance not above the starting balance. The dashboard shows which.
- Open positions or working orders. Every position must be closed and every resting limit order cancelled or filled before you request.
- Identity or agreement outstanding. The identity check has not passed, or the current funded account agreement is not signed.
- Another request pending. One request at a time per account.
- The account has ended. Touching the max loss floor ends the funded account. Profit not yet requested is not paid out.
- Flipping review. Two flipping warnings (a position opened and closed within 30 seconds) send the account to review by a person before any payout. Profit from flipped trades may be removed.
- Voided trades. A trade placed after an outcome was publicly known, or filled against stale or wrong prices, may be voided and its profit removed. We tell you which trade and why.
- Prohibited conduct. If we have evidence of conduct in section 8 of the terms (more than one account, account sharing, inside knowledge, hedging across accounts, exploiting errors, false information), we hold payouts while a person reviews it, and may refuse payouts that come from the trades involved.
Evidence and appeal. If we hold or refuse a payout for conduct, a voided trade or a breach, we send you the evidence: the trades, the rule and the reason. You may appeal within 14 days of receiving it by emailing prop@ombratrading.com. A person who was not involved in the first decision reviews it and we answer within 5 business days. If our systems or price data were at fault, the account is reinstated or the fee refunded in full. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer or your right to complain (section 13 of the terms).
