What the price includes

Refunds
A full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you have not placed a trade. The full policy is on Refunds.

- 14 daysYou can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, as long as you have not placed a trade. At checkout you ask for the evaluation to start straight away and confirm that your right to cancel ends when you place your first trade.
- Platform faultsIf the platform or our systems were at fault in a breach, the account is reinstated or, if that is not possible, the fee refunded. The full list is in the refund policy.
Offers
30% off one evaluation bought in the first month after launch, and every 11th evaluation free.
Details
Launch offer: 30% off any evaluation bought in the first calendar month after evaluations open. The code is sent to the waitlist in the opening email. One use per person; it does not apply to anything else.
Loyalty card: buy 10 evaluations and the 11th is free. The free evaluation is the same plan and size as the cheapest of the 10, and the card then starts again. Free evaluations do not earn a stamp. Stamps do not expire. Do not buy evaluations to fill the card: set a spending limit first (see the risk disclosure).
