Marks manipulation candles and traps at key levels, sessions and higher timeframe fair value gaps on your TradingView chart.

What’s included

  • Manipulation candles (MC): a candle that takes the high and the low of the previous candle and closes beyond them, with the wick on the side it swept. An optional setting (MC Lookback Bars, default 1) uses more previous candles. MC candles are coloured on the chart
  • Bulltrap and beartrap marking: an MC at a key level or fair value gap that is followed, within a number of candles you set, by a close back through the MC
  • Key levels: daily, midnight, weekly and monthly opens; previous day, week and month highs and lows
  • Sessions in New York time, with editable times: Asia, London, NY AM, NYSE open, London close and NY PM boxes, and high and low lines
  • Fair value gaps from up to three higher timeframes (1 hour, 4 hour and 15 minute by default), with optional midlines, labels and merging of overlapping gaps
  • Filters you can switch on or off: 1 hour 50 EMA bias, a time window, and which levels, sessions and gaps count
  • Optional planning lines: an entry at the setup candle’s close, a stop at the candle’s extreme and a target at a multiple of that distance you set
  • Plain-text TradingView alerts when a pattern is detected
  • Made for intraday charts, for example 1 to 5 minutes. Sessions need an intraday chart, and each fair value gap timeframe must be higher than the chart’s

What it does

  • Draws patterns and levels from the chart’s own data
  • Lets you choose which levels, sessions and timeframes are used and shown
  • Sends a plain-text alert when a pattern is detected, if you set one up

What it doesn’t do

  • Tell you when or what to trade
  • Place orders or connect to your broker
  • Predict where price will go
  • Run a backtest (the Strategy version does)

How access works

At checkout Stripe asks for your TradingView username. Access is granted by hand on TradingView to the username you give at checkout, usually within 24 hours (UK working days). You will find the script under Invite-only scripts in TradingView’s Indicators menu. Please check the spelling: access goes to that exact username.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access lasts to the end of the paid month. Refunds follow the Ombra Shop terms, including your 14-day right to cancel.
