Ombra Shop terms

For Ombra Shop purchases (TradingView indicators and strategies). Version 2026-10-24.v4, last updated 24 October 2026. Change log: v4 states that the seller is Craig Shuttleworth, trading as Ombra Trading, and that Stripe only processes the payment (Stripe is not the reseller for Shop sales); v3 named the sole trader as seller; v2 added monthly plans, Ombra app access and no performance claims; v1 moved the Shop terms out of the Ombra Watch terms.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you buy an indicator or strategy from the Ombra Shop. They are also the Shop section of our main terms, which you accept at checkout. If anything is unclear, email craig@ombratrading.com before you buy.

Who sells to you

The seller of every Ombra Shop product is Craig Shuttleworth, trading as Ombra Trading, a sole trader in England, United Kingdom, ICO registration number ZC276348. Email: craig@ombratrading.com. Your contract is with him. Ombra Watch is sold separately, under its own terms.

What you get

  • Access to the script you bought on TradingView, as an invite-only script, for the TradingView username you give at checkout.
  • The script is software and education. Indicators show information on your chart. They don’t tell you what to trade. Past behaviour of any indicator doesn’t predict future results.

How access works

At checkout you give your TradingView username. We add that username to the script by hand on TradingView within 24 hours on UK working days, and email you when it is done. You will find the script under Invite-only scripts in TradingView’s Indicators menu. Please check the spelling: access goes to that exact username. Access depends on your TradingView account and TradingView’s service, which we don’t control. Please don’t share or resell access. If a monthly plan ends, or a purchase is refunded, we remove the username’s access.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken through Stripe, which processes the card payment for us; Stripe is not the seller. Stripe sends your receipt.

Monthly plans and cancelling

A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us; access continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for and then ends. We don’t refund part months, but this doesn’t affect your 14-day right to cancel or your rights if something is faulty.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of buying, for a full refund, by emailing us. At checkout you are asked to agree to this: “By paying you ask for access to start straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access is given.” If you agree, the right to cancel ends when we give you access (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). Until then you can cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Email craig@ombratrading.com with your order email. A refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 14 days of our agreeing it, and we remove the TradingView access. If the script is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a repair or replacement, or a refund if we can’t fix it, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Not financial advice

Our indicators and strategy scripts are software and education. They are not financial advice, a recommendation or a trade idea, and we make no claims about how they will perform. Trading carries a high risk of loss.

Strategy results are hypothetical

Any backtest or Strategy Tester results you see for a strategy are hypothetical. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, don’t include every real-world cost and are not a record of real trading. No account will necessarily achieve results like them. Past results don’t predict future results.

Our responsibility to you

We’ll provide the scripts with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for trading losses or for TradingView’s service. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your data

The privacy notice explains what we hold and why: your email address, your TradingView username, your Stripe payment record and what you bought.

Changes and complaints

If something goes wrong, email us first and we’ll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
